Mr. Sunil Pote - MSW
President and Director
Has been in the development sector for the last 20 years and is the founding member of Yuva Mitra. Has worked in the corporate sector for 5 years before opting for rural development work. He has been attached with various people’s movements and grass root organizations for the last 20 years.
Mrs. Manisha Malpathak - MSW
Secretary
She has been in the development sector for the last 15 years. Has a varied experience of working in the rural and urban sector especially with women and children.
Dr. Ajit Khalkar - B.A.M.S.
Vice President
A private medical practitioner who has a keen interest in the rural sector. Training programme, camps etc.
Mrs. Dipti Raut - BSW, M.J. Trustee
She has been involved in the rural social development. She opted out to be a journalist in a state level newspaper. Currently she is working in the electronic media for a reputed news channel.
Mrs. Bharti Kulkarni - B.Com. Trustee
A house wife who has been involved in the issues of women.

Has is involved in the social developmental sector for the last 25 years. He has been actively involved with various people’s movements and grass root organizations.

A journalist and sub-editor of a local newspaper who has been in contact with the rural sector for many years.
Mr. Mandar Vaidya - BSc, MSW Trustee
He has been in the rural development sector for 20 years. He specializes in conducting Disaster Management trainings. He works for an international social organization.
Fr. Sanjeev Gonsalves - Sj. Msc., MA - Trustee
He has been involved in the rural development sector for the last 15 years. He specializes in trainings for non formal education.
