Dairy Project –

Dairy is a complementary occupation to farming. Apart from the milk, other produce is also useful manure for farming. Yuva Mitra decided to start a dairy cooperative as a first initiative of ‘Yuva Mitra Multi Agro Services Private. Limited’. Now a milk collection center is functional at Mitrangan, where daily 2000 liters of milk is collected. Almost 517 farmers are benefiting from this movement. The organisation also provides veterinary services, credit facility and training to the farmers.
